Returns
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by our member stores provided you contact the individual merchant for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number first and ship the item back within 20 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition with all of the original packaging and blank warranty cards (if any). This return policy may be limited in the case of "one of a kind" works of art and downloadable items. We pay return shipping costs via UPS ground if the return is a result of an incorrect order fulfillment or defective item.

You should expect to receive your refund about a week after it is received by the merchant. If you feel there are special circumstances, please make arrangements at the time you get your RMA from the merchant. We all want happy customers, this is the best way to assure the outcome you want. In general, refunds will be given using the same method as purchase.

If items are found to be in less than new condition upon receipt of return, you may be offered a lower value, exchange or other option at merchants discretion unless the return is caused by defective merchandise as covered by each items specific warranty.

 Gift Returns and Items without Receipt

Items received as gifts with receipts are covered by the return policy as stated above. Items given as gifts without receipts will be treated as returns without receipts. If the item is in new condition as described in the returns policy above, an exchange will be offered using the lowest sale price of the item in the last 120 days. In most cases cross merchant exchanges are allowed but not always. Please inquire when arranging your return.

Aggregate Site Usage Information for statistical analysis

No direct user information is gathered other than tracking the number of “unique” users that visit our store. This is done through the use of web site log files. These are the same useage logs that practicly every web site in existence keeps. Other information is in aggregate form only. This information is shared only as statistical information with member merchants. Direct access to log files by member merchants is prohibited.

Online Order Information

We must keep enough information to process your order and any possible returns. You can elect to limit the information that we store, though what we store is limited to shipping, contact, and order information. Be aware that if you elect to limit storage of your name you may compromise your ability to process a return: so keep your receipt! Financial details are handled through our transaction processing partners selected by you at the time of transaction.

All personal and transaction information is transacted through a secure SSL connection using a GeoTrust SSL Certificate. We never store your credit card or other information that would allow a third party to directly gain access to your account.

Our merchants receive only enough information to fill your order. In no case do they receive your financial information.

Order Confirmation

You will always receive an on-line order confirmation unless you supply us with a non-working email address. You can also call to confirm an order or shipment. See our contacts page.

Neither we nor our merchants sell, trade, barter, donate, or give away your email address or other information to third parties no matter how attractive the offer may be.
